When you fill out your physical copy of the hour sheet, please write the date that you participated in a volunteering event, what you did, and where the event was in the long box, how long you were there volunteering, and make sure you have an officer's signature to verify that you were at the event.Â
Click this link to access the MACH form for the community service hours. Fill out all necessary information. It should be quite similar to what you have written on your Key Club Hours Sheet. If you have any additional questions, please contact your Class Advisor.
You can submit photos of your volunteering with your friends to our PhotoCircle on the PhotoCircle app. The unique links to each class' photo circle will be provided on the Socials page. You must first create an account, then use the link to join the photoshare. Allow Photos to be shared with the app, and then select your photos that you would like to share with us. We would like you to share some of your volunteering photos for our scrapbook.
